Antoine Dixon-Bellot is a visionary entrepreneur and creative powerhouse. As the owner of the world renowned camera lens manufacturing company, Cinescope Optics, Antoine has solidified his place as a leader in the industry. With a focus on rehousing old stills lenses into modern film lenses, Cinescope is one of the world's exclusive 15 lens rehousing companies.
In addition to Cinescope, Antoine is the proud founder of Mastermind Media, a video production company that has made its mark since its inception in 2010 (originally beginning in 2003). Over the years, Mastermind Media has produced over 1000 music videos, working with a plethora of A-list American artists and the biggest musical talents in the UK. Antoine's impressive track record in video production speaks for itself.
But Antoine's achievements don't end there. He boasts a huge background in film, backed by a BA degree in Digital Broadcast Media and a Masters degree in Digital Film and Animation. This strong foundation has paved the way for his groundbreaking ventures, including East London Studios, a commercial film studio. Alongside this, he also owns well established high end camera and lighting rental house, aptly named Cinehouse.
An 8 figure property portfolio and recent acquisitions of vast land holdings, including a magnificent 52-acre country estate in Essex, England, Antoine's influence continues to expand. In recognition of his accomplishments, Forbes featured him prominently, labeling him the "UK Tyler Perry" for his contributions to both the land and film industries.
Remarkably, Antoine has successfully paved the way for many professionals within the film Industry due to his constant pipeline of productions and facilities over the years. He has created platforms and opportunities for numerous crew members and production personnel. Many individuals he has supported or mentored now hold prestigious positions in the industry, a testament to his commitment to diversity and empowerment.
As his star rises, Antoine has also ventured into feature film production through his company, Blackwater Pictures. As an executive producer, investor and IP owner, he partnered with close friend Kevin Harvey, to produce captivating movies across various genres for the international film. Antoine is not only an embodiment of success but a beacon of inspiration, showcasing what can be achieved with determination and perseverance.
Kevin Harvey

Kevin Harvey is a prominent figure in the world of film and media entrepreneurship and production. His journey began at the BRIT School, where his passion for the industry was ignited. Subsequently, he pursued a degree in media production at the University of Bedfordshire, setting the stage for his remarkable career.
In a bold move, Kevin departed from traditional career paths and founded Filmscape Media, a camera facilities company, armed with just a £10,000 overdraft facility. This daring venture would prove to be a resounding success. Under Kevin’s guidance, Filmscape Media expanded to serve some of the largest productions in the UK and beyond, achieving multi-million-pound revenues.
The pinnacle of Kevin’s journey with Filmscape Media came in 2013 when he orchestrated the sale of the company to a private equity firm, resulting in a seven-figure exit. With newfound resources, he diversified his investments, venturing into property development and taking on executive producer roles in UK feature films.
Notably, in 2018, Kevin was invited by Antoine Dixon-Bellot to play a pivotal role in the growth of East London Studios and the development of Cine House. Together, they transformed the company into one of the leading studios and facilities providers in the UK. Their remarkable success in this endeavor led to their co-founding of Blackwater Pictures, a company with a bold mission to produce diverse, cast-led content.
